        Background


        After several years involving no academic work, I returned to UT
        (GO VOLS!!!) and graduated.  I am now employed at Corporate Interiors, one of Knoxville's best design firms.

        My husband, Chris Durbin, is a computer science major at UT, with approx. 2 years remaining.

        We are enjoying being married (3.5 years now!) and have no immediate plans for any young Smith-Durbins.  We live in an apartment about a 5 minute walk from Neyland Stadium and from downtown Knoxville, which is slowly starting to return from the dead!
